RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

Return conditions

To be returned, products must:

Be in their original condition
Not have been worn, washed or damaged
Still have all original tags attached
Be returned in their original packaging

Ship the parcel within 14 days of our reply

Shipping costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is faulty or we made a mistake. This applies to orders from Italy and from other European Union countries.

Refund timing

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll issue the refund within 14 working days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Excluded products

For hygiene reasons, some products may not be refundable once opened. Any exclusions will be clearly stated in the product description.
