How to measure
Chest: armpit to armpit, laid flat.
Length: from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem.
Shoulders: seam to seam.
Sleeve: from the shoulder seam to the cuff.
Trousers and jeans
Waist: side to side, buttoned.
Inseam: from the crotch to the hem.
Total length: from the waist to the hem.
Tip: take a similar item that fits you well, measure it laid flat and compare it with the chart.
