3. Products and prices

  • All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
  • Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the actual product.
  • We do our best to keep descriptions accurate.

4. Orders and payments

  • Orders are subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of pricing or availability errors.
  • Payment is made when you place the order, or on delivery if you choose cash on delivery.
  • Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.

5. Shipping and delivery

  • Italy: we ship with BRT, delivery in 24/48 working hours from dispatch (Monday–Friday). Cost: €5.90; free shipping on orders from €59.
  • European Union: we ship to all EU countries with DHL Express and Poste Italiane. The cost is calculated at checkout; free shipping on orders from €100.
  • You'll receive a tracking number to follow your shipment.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

7. Warranty

All products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under Italian and European law.

9. Limitation of liability

TAZIM is not responsible for:

  • delivery delays caused by the carrier;
  • damage in transit, to be reported to the carrier immediately;
  • improper use of the products.

All site content (text, images, logos) is owned by TAZIM and protected by copyright.

11. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on the site.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. The court of Rome has jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers.
