Right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason, as provided by European consumer protection law.
Conditions
Products must be returned:
- in their original condition, not worn, washed or damaged;
- with all original tags attached;
- in their original packaging.
How to request a return
- Write to us within 14 days of delivery at info@tazimshop.com or call +39 392 530 8203.
- Include your order number and the products you want to return.
- You'll receive instructions for shipping the return.
- Send the parcel within 14 days of our reply.
Size exchange
Need a different size? Request a return of the product and place a new order in the right size.
Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is faulty or we made a mistake.
Refund
Once we've received and checked your return, we refund within 14 working days using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Excluded products
For hygiene reasons, some products may not be refundable once opened. Any exclusions are clearly stated on the product page.
